I would like the GradeBook "Bulk Commit Grades to Gradebook" to work as long as all the grades are entered for all students. I want this to be able to function even when there are essay questions.
With the new assessment experience, you are now able to bulk commit even if essay questions are present. This is not retroactive to the old builder, however.
Presently, only all-multiple choice assessments can be Bulk Committed. After teachers give and grade assessments that includes essays, they must commit each students' assessment one by one. It would be much more time efficient if teachers could Bulk Commit all assessments, regardless of the type of question.

Yes, this is not really an "already exists" because it is still an issue when there is an essay prompt.

I know my teachers would like to post all of the grades at once for an assessment with an essay prompt.
