Allow Bulletin Board (and topic) Layout Templates

In Podium, I could set the default layout and elements for all pages. I would like to be able to do this again. Additionally, it would be great if a teacher changes the layout, for that teacher to Apply the layout template to their other sections.

    We released the Bulletin Board Layout Options back in July 2015. I'm not seeing us adding it for Topics in the near future given our other priorities. So I'm going to go ahead and close this one out

    Curious - what has the response been to the onCampus > Settings > Bulletin Board Layout feature we rolled out on 7/1? Did we solve the request a little bit?
