The rubric "Level Description" field is essential for communicating what we mean by a given Proficiency Level, but it gets in the way when I'm grading. By having the Level Description showing in rubric grading mode, the teacher has to scroll a lot to complete a rubric. It would help a lot for the Level Description to appear in hover text or in a drill down when in grading mode.
