We would like to pitch a possible enhancement request that would allow for certain areas to be blocked to individuals without having to disable an account. Could an enhancement be created allowing administration to block the GRADEBOOK, CLASS BULLETINS, PROGRESS TABS, ASSIGNMENT AREA, CONDUCT TAB, ETC.? Allowing administration to have the ability to turn off certain areas for individual students/parents would be helpful as opposed to completely disabling the account.
This would allow us to implement restricted access to parents/students when there are discipline or business office related holds without impact students academically. Students could still access the assignment center, but areas such as their grade-book and progress tab could be disabled as part of the hold.
