Import Assignments and set default dates for all assignments

It would be helpful to have the ability to set a default date (start and end) for all imported assignments and then you can go back adjust as needed. Currently you have to manually enter the dates for each assignment.

When importing assignments from one semester to another, allow the same assign and due date to automatically be assigned to all assignments. Merged

Faculty could import their assignments from the previous semester and give them all the same assign and due date and then change them as they feel they need to.

The ability to import assignments form another class that comes with the assigned and due date pre-populated but still editable. Merged

This will be useful when there are multiple teachers that teach the same class but are not co-teachers. Being able to share the assignment date within the app means this process can be completed quickly and concisely.
