Ability to change % to letter grade on progress screen

It would be very helpful to allow schools to change what is seen on the progress screen for each courses' grade. We want to move to letter grades and not show a percent. Currently, it would show a percent on progress screen and letter grades for individual assignments.

    I would add to this the ability to define different letter grading scales mapped to percentages by course.

    We're a bilingual school, and in French track classes, a 75% means a high B where in the US system, it's a solid C.
