    Hi Danielle, not currently no. It has always defaulted to 11:59 pm on the due date assigned so we just exposed that in the UI and allow the teachers to adjust according to their own class schedules. We may consider adding a setting to control this like as you mentioned the default start time. If you want to start a new idea for admin control for that that would be great thanks!
