Adjusting Assessment Grades
I would like for teachers to be able to throw out a question from a quiz. For example, a teacher creates an assessment, includes a wrong answer, so kids get it wrong, when it should be correct. They would like the option to get rid of a question after the assessment has been created and taken by students.

This! I had a teacher who just found out that her colleague had not assigned an answer to one question, so every student got it wrong. However, she could neither assign a "correct" answer once the students took the quiz, nor could she throw out the question or edit the total number of points on the assignment. She had to give the students extra points, which is not ideal.
