Ability to publish Topic Downloads to other Locations

I would like Topic downloads to act more like Content downloads with respects to being easily shared between topics and other content as well as being searchable behind the password if you have access to the class page.0

    Yes. That would be so helpful and would move Blackbaud functionality closer to that of its competitors.

    As a unit of instruction changes, it becomes necessary to move content (e.g., links and downloads) from one Topic to another Topic. Although we can move content from the Bulletin Board to a Topic, it is currently not possible to move items from one Topic to another. Recreating this existing content in the other Topic is inefficient...please consider implementing this functionality.
