Allow expanding textbox size for Assignment Description
In some cases, the Assignment description is long and takes up more than the size of the textbox area. Currently title and description are the same size and can't be expanded. It would be helpful to allow the description textbox to be expanded and to add an icon to the bottom right corner indicating this fact (attached).

It would be very helpful if you could add space. The tiny dialogue boxes are somewhat cumbersome to navigate at times.

It would be helpful to include textboxes for Topics pages and the Bulletin Board as well. I'd imagine this could go beyond Class pages into Group pages too.
