Submitted icon in Gradebook needs to only be for blackbaud submitted work, not chosen as option for kids

Kids are able to go into assignments and mark their progress on any assignment which is fine, but that result should not show in gradebook as it clutters up gradebook area and also doesnt give a correct indicator if the teacher has gotten the work. it should only be on assessments and assignment with blackbaud submital

    We rolled that back end of May. We have since added the ability for teachers to choose whether they see the 's' for online submissions, assessments or both in their gradebook display options.
