I search for students often, and it's usually not to "Find Them Now." Most often, I'm looking for their full schedule, or a list of their other teachers, or parent contact info—in other words, info that's on the Contact Card/Profile. This seems like an obvious widget to place in the right-side bar on the home page (maybe with a drop-down "Search..." button that expands to select Students, Faculty/Staff, Alumni, or Parents). Like everything else on OnCampus, it currently takes an insane number of hovers and clicks to get from the home page to the information I'm seeking. (In this case, Directories, Students, type name, Enter/OK, Options, Contact Card, desired tab—seven!!)
