Please reconsider the recent evolution of allowing teachers to access other teacher's assessments/assignments/discussions when in the process of building out assignments. A complete free for all threatens test security and collegiality. At the very least, faculty should be afforded the chance to 'give permission' before their quizzes and exams are made public.
We implemented the ability for teachers to flag who they do and don't want to have access to their assignments in the import functionality. Let me know if you're referring to something else here.
