If cumulative grades are turned off in the Grade Book, it should not show a year percentage in detailed Student Grade Book

Right now if the Grade Book is set to Year, it shows the Year percentage in the detailed Student Grade Book even if show school year cumulative grades column in my gradebook in unchecked.
