I'm currently pulling a list of students by zip code for 2019-20 and I want all students in grades 9-12 to be listed in this report. But the system is identifying 12th graders as alumni and not including them; the report includes only grades 9-11. The12th graders were not alumni during the 2019-20 school year, so they should be included. I don't know who would find a report of 2019-20 useful if it doesn't include all grade levels. And I'm sure this is the case for many other reports as well. There are many occasions where we want to review summative information for a past school year and it requires considerably more effort to create a list, plus the margin of error is greater.
