Bulk Messaging to be Added as Content Editor Access

I would like to add a Parent or 2 per Course as a Room Parent (for lower School) to be able to bulk message from the roster like a teacher.

    I would also like to see this enhancement.  This would be very helpful for our Room Parents and Parent Association Officers.

    This is my enhancement request from last year. Still hoping to see this enhancement added. I would like to give Bulk Communication ability to a selected room parent on Academic pages.
