In the assignment center we have the ability to annotate student work. This has become a vital part of provided feedback to students on the work including tests, quizzes, and labs in this virtual classroom environment. Since we are probably going to have to continue using this feature I would greatly like for Blackbaud to make it more user friendly.

This is where the problems lie...The window area we have to work in is very small and only a tiny portion of the window that it is in. The space in the gray is all that is available to be able to annotate in. It is a very small portion of the entire window and it makes it very cumbersome to use. Even on my large iMac screen it is a small area to work in. If I zoom in to read the documents presented, the area you're working in becomes even less of the full document and even less can be seen in this tiny, tiny, tiny workspace! When you switch to full screen, which does show the entire document in the window, the annotation option turns off so this doesn't help.

Improving this feature would help tremendously, especially while teaching virtually!
