Allow teachers to give students a textbox to type into without the ability to attach a file on an assignment.

Before an upgrade, we were able to get a text submission box to appear for an assignment by choosing "On Campus Submission" and then choosing 0 for the number of attachments. This made it so students could type a response, but not attach a file. No matter how many times you ask students NOT to attach something and just to type into the box, some will still attach if the option is there, so being able to just get the text box was perfect. Now, you have to choose "In system assignment" and you can't choose 0. So there is no way to get a text response box without also allowing them to attach a file. Can you provide a way for teachers to ask for a text response WITHOUT giving the students the option to attach a file? This is a useful feature. Thank you.

Hi there, we did not intentionally change the attachment functionality being decoupled from the text input. i can have dev look into this as a bug. Thanks for letting us know!
