It would be great to see Assessments, Discussions, and Rubrics have skill based evaluations

We are moving over the the new competence-based evaluation and noticed that only Assignments can be evaluated by skill. Our teachers have been asking about this as it would be a great feature to have available other than just total points.

    We also have many use case scenarios where a teacher would like to associate a rubric with each of the CBE skills for a single assignment. Currently, the rubric tool only works if you grade with points only and don't associate any CBE skills.

    The ability to use skill-based grading with assessments and discussions was available in the EAP in the spring but was removed in general release - bring it back!
