Make Total Score the Default When Mastery Evaluation is Turned On

As schools transition or experiment with Mastery Evaluation, most teachers will probably still use Total Score as their main evaluation method. It would be easier , then, if Total Score could be the default. Even better if the default could be set by the administrator by Division (School level)

    I think the biggest thing would be for the default NOT to be Mastery and Total points, as that is not a strong option. People typically use one or the other. If a teacher could set the default for themselves, that would be great. And if not, if admin could that could help.
