Make assignment comments hold formatting

Assignment comments currently don't hold any formatting (ie: carriage returns or extra spaces). It would be helpful to not have to put code in to make my comments appear how I would like them to for students.

    Whats even weirder is that the formatting holds from the teacher's view. I'd imagine this would have many more votes if teachers could see what student's see!
