After setting up secondary advisories by grade level as Student Support teams (SST), we have been making great use of Official Notes. Instead of waiting until grade level meetings--usually held mid term-- to share observations about students and their progress, faculty are able to use Official Notes to share this information with the SST as needed.

Although this new process has significantly improved the flow of information to the SST, the team needs a way to capture meeting minutes or action steps related to the Official Note submitted. Ideally, this feature would look similar to the Confidential Comments field within Conduct.

Once the SST team resolves the Official Note, it would be extemely helpful if they could archive it. Unfortunately, that is currently not possible and the volume of Official Notes is rapidly accumulating for these SST teams.

Please consider expanding the functionality of Official Notes.
