Allow the stylus to work on any device (ThinkPads in particular)

It is my understanding that the stylus does not work on all devices. We use Think Pads. Please enable this feature to work on those devices.

    It would be a huge help in grading math if I could use my stylus to write out an equation!

    To clarify, this is in regards to annotating on assignments that students have submitted electronically.
