When you created a new course section, the software automatically added the next sequential section number, regardless of which term the course was offered in. You need this because, in any given year, you add sections of independent study on the fly. You add many of these each year. If you can see which sections are already there, you can make sure you do not duplicate section identifiers. So, I would like to be able to determine how many sections are already created for any course, regardless of which terms the course is offered in. Perhaps in the Course Sections task, the Term drop down could give the option of "All" instead of only by term.
