Please add the ability to create assignments, assessments, and discussions directly from the gradebook. Merged

Please add the ability to create assignments, assessments, and discussions directly from the gradebook. This would save time not having to switch to the assignments tab. This does not mean to do away with the assignment tab. Keep the assignment tab still and keep this ability in the assignment tab as well. Thank you.
