This idea comes from a discussion post by Serge Gariepy in Dec '20...

How many of you guys out there distribute a student evaluation of teachers/classes form through Blackbaud? Is there a way to create an evaluation, to distribute them to a specific class roster, and only allow administrators access to the information? Also, could we allow the details to be anonymous but verify that each student at least filled one out? I know universities do this for their courses (many through Moodle) but I'd like to find a way to do it here.

We currently handle our course evaluations through Microsoft Forms, but would love to be able to collect them through our LMS.

Perhaps you could create an "evaluation" assignment or assessment type that could be posted by the teacher but the results could only be viewed by an Academic Group Manager? Or better yet, the "evaluation" assignment/assessment could be created and posted by the manager, and then opened to the teacher AFTER all results were collected.

And, of course, the results would need to be anonymous!
