I recently chatted with blackbaud and they informed me that my issues was a known issue that they are working on fixing. I asked if I could have the URL of the site that lists those issues and they informed me it was an internal blackbaud site. I understand the need to keep some things private until there is more info, but posting known bugs to a specific site could save folks time trouble shooting issues that are actual bugs. Currently, I can only find out if I chat with blackbaud.
