Allow Narrative Comments in the Mastery learning progression

Our teachers want to have the ability to add narrative comments to the mastery student progression just like we can with report card grades. The point of a mastery system for us is to move away from assigning numerical values and towards a more holistic narrative view, so this feature is essential.

    Please make it possible to create reports that show Mastery Learning Progression information!

    Also, it would be great to be able to pull school wide competencies/skills into the report card.

    It would be nice if there was even some kind of averaging that could use grade translations to convert the mastery grades to an "average" (perhaps using the different calculation methods) for the report so teachers have a starting place and then can tweak the grades from there for the report card.
