Currently when running reports in Gradebook, the date filter is not really by date, it's by term. When there are many assignments in a term and teachers want to look back at just a specific time range for the class, it's not possible, because the "Grades - By Student with Comments" report just lets you search by the term. It's challenging to write meaningful summative comments that include snippets from assignment comments when there is so much extra data to go through. So, a "start date" and "end date" for reports would be very helpful.
