Allow teachers to grade an assignment as complete, alongside with the "incomplete" grade marker. This will be especially helpful for our Pass/Fail courses, where a grade is not necessarily needed. Additionally, not all of our assignments are submitted online, so this will help with marking assignments that are completed but not graded.
