Allow bulk deletion of assignments

Please consider adding a selective bulk delete function in the assignment center for teachers. If there is a change of strategy, or an import that didn't meet the teacher's needs, or for any reason, it would be nice to be able to delete multiple assignments with one click.

    Currently, the only way to delete assignments in bulk is to delete the entire class section. This is a small feature that would make a huge impact. Please consider adding this feature!

    This is now especially important because of the recurring assignments feature!!!!
