Restore previous rubric abilities

The latest upgrades have altered rubrics in two ways that are detrimental.

First, there used to be an option to CLEAR or RESET a student's rubric after a score, or a zero, had already been entered. Now, if I enter a zero for missing work so the student knows how serious that skipped assignment is, and I want to take the zero away once he has made it up but I don't have time to actually grade it right now, I can't remove the zero. There used to be a way to reset the score and get rid of the zero.

Second, the old interface, where you opened the rubric up and you could go from student to student within the rubric, was much more streamlined. Now, the screen is all cluttered up with all the other gradebook stuff and yet you can't see the rubric descriptions without clicking a link to expand them. I can get used to the new interface, but the inability to reset a score seems like an oversight that should be fixed.

The inability to clear the score should be considered a BUG. I have assignments permanantly stuck and unable to delete because of a single typed 0 in a test assignment. I have confirmed this with support.
