Limit or create options for name display in new Assignment view

The list of names in the new assignment view is a bit excessive. We now have Prefix, First Name, Preferred Name, Middle Name, and Last Name all on the same small box as multiple icons and submission info. Preferred Name and Lastname is more than sufficient for this view.

    Turns out you can change this... I'm just not sure when this magically appeared...Core >> Users >> User Profile Settings >> User Name Format...

    Now if this only worked in other places as well, like on the printable rosters for substitute teachers...

    YES! YES! YES! I've got teachers asking how they can change this. It takes up a lot of space.
