Add gradebook comments to assessments.

While a teacher can place comments within an assessment for questions, it would be nice if a teacher could place an overall comment in the gradebook the way they can for assignments. These comments are helpful so that parents can see feedback and teachers can better communicate with families.

    Having the ability to place a comment overall to an assessment will help student. parents, and teacher develop the needed communication for student success.
