Currently, on a computer, if you are on the gradebook screen, you can hover your mouse over the blue "submitted" icon to see the date and time the student submitted the assignment.

There is no option to do this when viewing the gradebook on the iPad. If you want to see the submitted date and time, you must go to the "Assignments" tab. Please make the gradebook functionality equal on the PC and the iPad.
