Allow resizing of text box edit windows in bulletin boards and topics

The text tile (no pun intended) is insanely useful to make interesting, rich content additions to class pages. It would be great if you could make the edit view a larger window to be able to edit more expansively and see one's work.

      Just increasing the size of the text box to the size of the source code box would be an immense improvement.

      Agree. I would add that the description text box in Assignments needs the same ability.
