When a student clicks on a Rubric from their Assignment Center they don't see all of the feedback from their teacher. It currently only shows the selected points and overall grade.

These Rubrics are missing any comments that a teacher makes.

For a student to see the teacher's comments, they have to go to Progress. The grade and feedback should never be separated. Also, since there isn't a way for teachers to see this, most teachers are unaware that students don't even know that there is feedback to read.
