After a student submits an assignment they should not be able to watch their teacher annotate and make comments on their submitted work.

When using Blackbaud's Box to annotate a submitted PDF file, it should lock a student out of the feedback until a teacher commits the grade. Currently, if a teacher moves from one annotation tool to another that action activates the View option for students to see the feedback via assignments.

If a student submits a Google Document, they should be removed from having access until the teacher returns the work (similar to Google Classroom).
