Blackbaud needs to look at how they develop their Text Elements for teachers to use. Not only are each of the text boxes across the platform different and too small, but the functionality of them all is either limited or clunky. This needs to be standardized. I have teachers keeping notes about how/when they can use features of these text boxes.

To be honest, the best text box in Blackbaud is the one that I'm typing in right now. Teachers would be blown away that Blackbaud has this functionality.

• Formatting options are found easily and not intrusive to the text field

• The text box is adaptive to how much text I enter.

• There's even a pop-out option.

• If you allowed me to add/adjust images, we'd have a winner!

As a baseline, can you make these features the standard across your LMS?
