Allow a teacher to create an Official Note that directly links to an assignment so readers can access all of the information that a teacher is referencing.

In addition, it would be nice if a student profile could be pulled up from within Official Notes. This would allow a teacher to see established Blackbaud labels like Missing Assignments.
