Expand file types for Assignment Upload with Google Drive integration

When students try to upload files with the Google Drive Assignment Upload feature, they are unable to upload webm files. This is the file format that their Chromebook uses with applications like Screencastify.

    I have my student do Screencasts for each unit to show understanding of the material. It would be great to have webm accepted by Blackbaud.
