Report Cards - Archive but still visible to parents

It would be very helpful to allow to keep report cards viewable to parents and students but be able to mark them inactive on the back end. It would also be nice to filter by year on the back end because we keep having to make copies of report cards when we have edits each year.

    Agreed, especially since at present there is no year or school level filter for report cards, so sorting through and finding them in the back end is more time-consuming
