Allow the 'Extra Credit' option on assignments to be disabled
Our school does not allow extra credit. Please help us enforce this by:
1) Letting the 'Extra Credit' checkbox be disabled
2) Letting us set a rule to not permit assignments to earn points beyond their Max Points value.
