Option to Remove % graph and percentages from Students detail view for schools using a Criteria Based Grading System and not A-F/ % grades.

We do not use percentages, but they show up in the system, and they are determinital to our student's academic growth. We hve to set a % because your system requires it, but we want students to see the Critera rather than a Percentage.
