We are being forced to switch our Conference Signups from PickATime to Meet the Teacher. This is because PickATime does not integrate with Teams (and they have no plans to). When we had the Zoom integration, it worked seamlessly. Meet the Teacher uses it's own video conference link and requires no additional video conferencing software.
