Print Master Schedule

We need the ability to actually print the master schedule matrix as multiple peolple need to see it, but there is no way to export or print it, so I have to manually create one in a spreadsheet. Once the master schedule is generated, we should be able to print it.

    Admin response

Print on View Master Schedule is now available. You will find a print button on the top toolbar alongside the filters.

Please note that depending on the number of blocks in use at your school, you may need to adjust the print settings in the print modal (such as orientation, scale/zoom, margins) in order to get your schedule to print fully on each page.

Why aren't there more votes? Does everyone like having to make their own spreadsheet? I too am in favor of this idea and can't figure out why it isn't an option!

Casey Jones - the Teacher Obligation does not. I need to be able to print and post the master schedule for counselors, administrative assistants, admissions, etc.... to be able to see all teachers and blocks on a single page so we can find people.

Teacher Obligation - by block prints multiple pages seperate for each block. What i would like is to be able to print in full, the master schedule as it is on the screen. Trying to print results in gibberish by the time your get to the 2nd or third page and beyond. A download and print option would be great

Kristin, does the report "Teacher Obligation - By Block" give you what you need?

Yes please, there should be no need to manage a master schedule outside of Scheduling. I also create a separate spreadsheet and have to manage it every time there is a change, which there always is the first few weeks of the school year. Being able to export or run a report would save so much time and effort.
