Roster: Add Option to Print Mailing Labels

Ability to print mailing labels from Class Page Teachers want to be able to print 5660/5160 labels directly from course roster on class pages/roster in the app to mail stuff home They are aware of mailing labels through Lists but we are still looking for this through Class pages.

    Yes, teachers often need to send notices to just their own class. As of now they are mostly hand writing  which is ridiculous. We were promised this when we moved to BlackBaud.

    Teacher need to be able to send letters, notes, and comments directly to parents.  Having the ability to create labels from their own grade book is important.
