Currently, if you are viewing the assignment details page (the teacher-only view where students are listed and you can view their work if it's an in-system submission assignment), there is no way to edit any of the assignment information without going back one or more screens. This is disruptive and slows down work when you notice a typo on an assignment or want to add/update a download or link for that assignment.

The current best case is if you accessed this from the Assignment Center or Assignments tab on a class page. Then it is one click to get back to the assignment list, you have to scroll to find the assignment, then click the More options button (...) and select Edit.

It's even more steps and disruption to work flow if you are accessing an assignment list widget that you've added to a topic because there is no More options/Edit option available when you are either viewing or editing a topic. Therefore, you have to completely leave the Topics area and go to an assignment list.
