Add Athletic Trainer as option in a teams Athletic Manage Coaches Set-up

Currently there are 2 options in manage coaches: Coach and Assistant Coach. We are requesting Athletic Trainer be added as a "Coach Type" option. By adding the athletic trainer to team rosters, it gives her easy access to team rosters, parent contact information, allergies, etc...

She is not a coach or assistant coach, so offering the additional title would hopeful prevent students and parents emailing her with "coaching" questions.

    Related to this, and separate from simply creating a custom coach type... our athletic trainers would be really jazzed to be able to have a mechanism for assigning coverage responsibility within their team for different games/practices. Given that the calendar feed coming out of Blackbaud generates random event UUIDs, it makes connecting to an external tool for this that much more complex.

    Go to Core > Users > User Profile Settings > Personnel Type > Select Coach and add types. I've added Athletic trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Offensive Coordinator, High Jump, etc...
