Adding an Interventions Tab to "Academics" in lieu of Conduct

We are a progressive K-8 Private School. As such, our Learning Team provides "Interventions" not "Conduct Infractions". They have asked for a duplicate of the Conduct Tab aptly named "Interventions". See examples of how we are currently using the tab: Park Day School - Interventions Tab

    We don't actually object to the name "Conduct" for the section, but we don't like the term "infraction" when recording an intervention or behaviour note. We would like to be able to record positive notes here also, but it's tricky if they carry an "infraction" label. We don't need a separate tab, but would like to be able to relabel "Infractions" (and possibly "conduct" and "consequences") within our system, similarly to the way we can relabel the different group types under Custom Label Settings in core, or "contracts" in enrollment management.
